In these terms, \”we\”, \”our\” and \SportstraderAI.com\” is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moneyline Sports Inc.(a company registered in the United States and the state of Nevada with an office address of 66 Hudson Blvd. East, New York, NY 10001. Please read the terms carefully and ensure you understand them fully. By using our services or products (the \”Services\”) (whether on our websites, tablet and/ or mobile application, (the \Sportstrader AI Platforms\”)) you will be deemed by us to have understood and accepted these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies, and agree to be bound by them. From time to time, certain provisions of the terms will change and be updated accordingly. Each change will become effective and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes, immediately upon such change being posted and notified to you. If you do not accept any change, please discontinue your use of the Moneyline Sports and Sportstrader Ai Platforms.

Advertiser Disclosure

The SportstraderAi Platforms powered by Moneyline Sports, are an online resource that offers odds comparisons as well as sportsbook offers, betting news, insights and tips written by our team of experts.

You and all our visitors should be aware that SportstraderAI receives affiliate and advertising revenue from the companies that appear on the Moneyline Sports Platforms and such remuneration may impact the location and order in which the companies\’ banners and offerings are promoted on our websites.

Whilst we do our utmost to try to ensure all companies advertised are trustworthy and hold the requisite licenses for their offerings, the rankings or prominence of any banners/advertisements do not necessarily imply endorsement of the companies or their products by Moneyline Sports or affiliated site sportstraderAI.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, all representations and warranties regarding the information presented on the Moneyline Sports Platforms are disclaimed. Further, the information which appears on the SportstraderAI Platforms is subject to change at any time.

Under 18s

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the SportstraderAI Platforms, our account services, our Early Access product and/or place bets using Moneyline Sports or SportstraderAI\’s products. If you are aged under 18, please do not use the Moneyline Sports Platforms or provide any information directly to us.

Accounts

Individuals aged 18 or over are permitted to open an account with us in order to access more features on the Moneyline Sports Platforms, save your preferences and receive tailored content and services. At any time, you may choose to disable and delete your account by selecting that option in our Account Settings menu.

Sportstrader AI Services

Our Services allow you to use software on our system to browse betting events and odds and provides a technical means to place bets with selected gambling operators (all with required gambling licenses) (\”Third Party Sportsbooks and Bookmakers\”). Parts of our services are only accessible to our subscribers and not to all visitors of the Moneyline sports and SportstraderAI Platforms (see below for further details on our subscription services). In addition, we may not offer or make available all of our services or content to residents of certain countries.

Our Services and the Moneyline sports/SportstraderAI Platforms employ proprietary technology to allow you to retrieve, view and maintain information and conduct transactions with Third Party Sportsbooks and Bookmakers, but all within one convenient service.Moneyline Sports or SportstraderAI do not take bets directly or receive any proceeds of sports betting activity directly.

When you click on any game, team or odds on Sportstrader AI, you are taken directly to the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmakers\’ own sites or connected to the Third Party Bookmaker\’s bet API services which are all secure environments where data transfers are encrypted. We only display Third Party Sportsbooks and Bookmakers that satisfy our criteria for security and reliability and there is an independent industry regulator (IBAS) in place to deal with any betting issues. For further information, please visit individual Sportsbooks and Bookmakers websites. All KYC is performed directly by the Sportsbook for any active account.

You agree that the Third Party Sportsbooks and Bookmakers featured on all Moneyline Sports Platforms shall be entitled to rely on the foregoing authorization and agency granted by you.

Bet Placement

SportstraderAI receives odds directly from Third Party providers including our partner MetaBet, Sportsbooks and Bookmakers, using the latest technology to ensure publishing as close to real-time as possible. All of the odds shown remain the property and responsibility of the Third Party themselves. All odds data is shown in good faith and Moneyline Sports or SportstraderAI does not guarantee its availability or accuracy. SportstraderAI does not accept liability for errors in prices, odds, incorrectly calculated winnings, events or markets shown on the Moneyline sports or SportstraderAIplatforms or odds changes prior to a bet being placed and will not be liable for any loss suffered by any party if the service is unavailable or inaccurate in any way.

Opening a betslip either navigates you to the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker\’s site, or connects you to the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmakers betting API service. Please ensure you check all your bet details are correct on the betslip before placing a bet. You are solely responsible and liable for all activity that occurs on your account. If you have any queries relating to a bet, including any requests to void a bet, you should contact the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker directly.

Terms and conditions vary between Third Party Sportsbooks and Bookmakers and apply to any bet placed with that Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker. The following error settling procedures may be employed at the discretion of the individual Third Party Bookmaker and/or SportstraderAI in relation to bets made in connection with SportstraderAI:

Incorrect Price

Prior to the start of an event, In-Play or after the event, where an obvious error is identified any open bets will be settled in accordance with the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker\’s terms and conditions. If you are concerned a mistake has been made then contact the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker you placed the bet with directly.

Incorrect Fixture, Participant or Market

Where the wrong player, team, participant or market is quoted in an Third Partybetslip, the stake placed shall be returned. The bet may also be voided at the Third Party Sportsbook or Bookmaker\’s discretion. If you are concerned a mistake has been made then contact us via \’Contact Us\’ on the SportstraderAI Platforms.

Paid for Services

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific features of our services, and will be displayed on the relevant pages of the SportstraderAI platforms. Such additional terms and conditions are made a part of these Terms and Conditions by this reference and you agree to abide by them, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms posted for any service offered on or through the Sportstrader AI Platform, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Sportstrader AI Platform or the specific service. We may make changes to any products or services offered on the Sportstrader AI Platform, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and additional payment processing providers in accordance with their end user terms and conditions that are available here . By submitting payment details to us, you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. You also give us permission to store your payment details in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies. In the event that you default on a payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services. If your subscription has been terminated and you would like to re-subscribe to one of our subscriptions, we have the right to require payment in full of any outstanding amount owed to us.

SportstraderAI Premium

SportstraderAI Premium is a subscription service available to users of the SportstraderAI Platforms in licensed jurisdictions within the US only. For further information on SportstraderAI, please see our FAQs section. The features and services that are included in Sportstrader AI will be confirmed at the point of sale and may include, unlimited access to certain products and services available via the SportstraderAI Platforms, early and exclusive access to certain premium tips, a reduced ad experience, and other specified content. We may offer different features and services or different tiers of service at different rates, and it is the users responsibility to select the appropriate level desired. Prices are correct as at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change, modify, and increase any such prices or any other terms of access to the service and content at any time, in our sole discretion. In the event we change the price or materially the services available, we will notify users of such changes in advance and any user that does not wish to accept the changes may cancel their subscription.

Service Emails

Subscribers to SportstraderAI Premium may receive service emails or texts containing information related to the subscription or services such as early-access tips. These emails or texts cannot be opted-out of because they contain information that is necessary to the subscription. Our marketing emails will require a separate opt-in and these can be opted-out of at any time.

Tipster Content

Tipsters and/or external providers affiliated with SportstraderAI are not committed to providing content every day of each calendar month and content is dependent upon the sporting calendar, suitability, availability of the external provider including any holidays they may take.

Discount Trials

Introductory rates or discounts may be offered, at our discretion, but we are under no obligation to offer particular rates to any users (other than users that qualify for the Price Lock, see below). If you sign up for a discounted trial, at the end of your stated trial period, your subscription will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis (this will be made known to you before you complete registration to the trial offer) at the rate notified to you at the time of purchase.

Price Lock

Upon purchase of a Sportstrader AI Premium subscription, certain users may qualify for a Price Lock, whereby we commit to providing the services for the same price for a 12-month period. After expiry of this period, the price of the services may be varied at our discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting us on support@sportstraderai.com. In the event you cancel in the first 7 days of your subscription within the statutory cooling-off period, you will be eligible for a refund, which will be processed via Stripe and refunded to the card that you used for payment. If you cancel after that cooling-off period there are no refunds available. If you have a monthly subscription and choose to cancel your access will be valid until the day of your next payment being due.

Account Information

To use SportstraderAI you will need to create a free SportstraderAIaccount. If you already have an account, you will need to sign in before you can purchase anSportstrader AI Premium subscription. You agree that you will keep your user name and/or password confidential and will not share this information with any third party. You also agree that you will not register multiple email addresses. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these website terms of use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription by navigating to the My Account section of the SportstraderAI Platforms, which provides links to Stripe where you can manage which plan you are on, change bank details and cancel your subscription. Promotions and Advertised Offers

Certain promotions may be subject to withdrawal or cancellation and may only be available for specific periods and on certain specific terms. You must ensure that the promotion you are interested in is still available, that you are eligible, and that you understand any terms and conditions which may apply to it.

General Liability

You accept that Services are provided to you \”as is\” with any faults or failings and any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted provision, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement) excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Under no circumstances (including, without limitation, negligence) are we liable for any injury, loss, claim, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss or damage to property, general damages or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access to, or use of, or inability to use, our Services, any software, any materials or other information on the Moneyline sports or Sportstrader AI Platforms for any goods, materials or services available therefrom (whether based in contract, tort and whether negligent or otherwise), even if we have has been advised of the possibility of such damages or loss or that such loss was foreseeable.

You specifically acknowledge, agree and accept that we are not liable to you for any of the following:-

Any loss whatsoever arising from the use, abuse or misuse of your account or any of our products and services
Any loss incurred in transmitting information by the internet or by e-mail
Any incorrect bets being placed
Technical faults with Third Party Sportsbook, Bookmaker APIs or websites
Any technical failures, system breakdowns, defects, delays, interruptions, manipulated or improper data transmission, loss or corruption of data
Communications’ lines failure or distributed denial of service
Attacks, viruses or any other adverse technological consequence of your choosing to use our products and services
The accuracy, completeness or currency of any information services provided
Any failure on our part to interact with you where we may have concerns about your activities

Nothing in these terms shall operate so as to exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Apple Inc is in no way linked or associated with our App.

If any term of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other term of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the state of Nevada and You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nevada Courts for arbitration for settlement of any dispute.
